Non-Returnable Items

- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
- Personalized or print-on-demand items
- Hygiene-sensitive items including innerwear, beauty products, earrings, or jewellery
- Clearance, discounted, or sale items
- Orders marked as “Delivered” by the courier without sufficient proof of non-delivery
Refund Process
Once the refund request is approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Customers may also choose store credit if preferred.
Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the bank or payment provider.
